Tropical Tiramisu
So this is Sydney photographed at sunset from the rock platform near 'Mrs Macquarie's Chair', a lookout next to the Sydney Botanic Gardens.
The 'chair' was carved out of sandstone by convicts in the early 1800s so that the wife of Governor Macquarie could enjoy the view of Sydney harbour.
I was inspired to call this image 'Tropical Tiramisu' because earlier tonight, after work, I called into my local Harris Farm Market (a newly opened mega store here at Dural, in northwestern Sydney), where I discovered - on special - an amazing looking 'Tropical Tiramisu'.
Now I have not actually ever had tiramisu before. I thought it sounded Japanese, but it is actually from Italy. I had no idea.
Anyway, it is quite delicious and its tropical colours & ingredients such as mango and blueberry, seem to match tonight's Sydney sunset image!!
