So after work on Friday I drove over to the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney to check out the sculptures along the coastal walking track from Bondi to Tamarama.
The first hurdle was all the traffic in the tunnel under Sydney harbour, and then the second 'event' was trying to park the car near Bondi Beach. Eventually I parked near Budapest (lol) and walked along Bondi Road for miles.
Anyway, I got some photos of my favourite sculpture for this year - which is the retro-style rocket called 'Odyssey'. And then, as bleak and dystopic weather descended over Bondi, I retreated to a very cool Spanish restaurant, Iberica, on Bondi Road. Check this:
