The opening night of Vivid Sydney 2024.
Friday evening, 24th May, 2024.
So I parked the car on Lavender Street, at Lavender Bay (on the northern side of the harbour), and then walked across the harbour bridge from Milsons Point.
I set up the camera about 100 metres from the south-eastern pylon, using my Sonos soundbar box (a rectangular cardboard box) as my tripod. It is of-course the deluxe model tripod with one setting, lol.
The fireworks started at 6.00pm and then the Vivid lightshow commenced and, for a short time, merged with the fireworks.
My Canon EOS 5D Mk IV with the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L lens.
