Seduction

My 'Seduction' floribunda rose. A Meilland rose from France.

Introduced in 1988.

Growing at Castle Hill, in the Hills District of Sydney.

And to accompany 'Seduction', and sustain the seductive theme, here is Pablo Cruz from 1978 with 'Love Will Find A Way'.

So this rose is called 'Seduction' and it comes originally from France. It is a rose from the famous rose-growers 'Meilland'. It is now available all over the world. It is a floribunda rose (as distinct from a hybrid tea-rose) and so the bush will have many blooms. It is beautifully shaped and very prolific, and quite resistant to issues such as 'black spot'. I guess the one negative is that 'Seduction', ironically, has very little fragrance.

For a rose that is similar in appearance to 'Seduction', but has a super cool, intense, fragrance, choose 'Double Delight', which is a hybrid tea-rose. It is arguably one of the top five roses in the world today.
