It's 'Soul Sister' - a floribunda rose.

 

'Soul Sister' is a coffee-coloured rose. On the Treloar Rose website, it describes 'Soul Sister' as having: "Milk-chocolate buds opening to latte coffee and ending in soulful lavender."

 

Growing in the Hills District of Sydney at the Swanes Nursery.
