Staying alive in Sydney amid the oppressive heat.
40 degrees in Dural. I had to rescue my Japanese maples, azaleas and other 'cool climate' plants that detest Sydney's summer.
At least in the late afternoon it proved to be cooler down by the harbour. A trip to Lavender Bay is always worthwhile!!
And, on a bright note, here is Beatrice Florea with her gorgeous cover version of 'Stayin' Alive' by The Bee Gees.

And we can listen to the lovely Beatrice, via Sony Bluetooth headphones, as we walk along the boardwalk beside Coney Island at Luna Park - Milsons Point, Sydney.
