Sydney tonight at sunset.

The buildings are silhouetted, and the city looks noir, as the sunset burns to the west of the bridge. But the city lights are starting to sparkle. Sydney in October 2023.

 

Yet, in all, the darkness of the city - most especially the Opera House - reminded me of Godzilla, lurking in wait.
