'Magnolia Soulangeana', a deciduous magnolia - 'Alba Superba'.

aka 'Saucer Magnolia', 'Tulip Magnolia', 'Chinese Magnolia'.

 

It is magnolia time in Sydney for 2023.

 

This magnolia is growing happily along Hall Road in Hornsby.

Near Waitara. Northern Sydney.

The magnolia tree is nearly 100 years old.
