The Lake
Photographed late this afternoon.
Saturday 6th May, 2023.
At Mount Wilson.
The Blue Mountains.
Known as 'The Lake of Reflections'.
aka 'The Summer Lake'.
Designed & built in 1880.

60 The Avenue, Mount Wilson.
The Blue Mountains.
90 minutes drive from Sydney.
Along The Bells Line of Road.
And, brand new to Mount Wilson, there is now a Coffee Cart!!
It is called 'The Jolly Wombat'.
Discovered by me as I departed Mount Wilson today, near sunset, for the return drive to Sydney. It is awesome!!
Unbelievable - a chic quality 'flat white coffee', along with a Portuguese Tart, along a remote country laneway at Mount Wilson.
I am still in shock.
And, it was such a scream - the power went out in the VW Kombi Coffee Cart, and so one of the amazing women running this show, declared: "I'll be back in a moment. I just need to pour some petrol into the generator".
And so she did.
The Coffee Cart is mentioned (with a picture) on Page 8 of the local Mount Wilson newsletter.
