Mirage IIID departing

Here is my 1/48 Mirage IIID conversion from the Heller 1/48 Mirage IIIB kit getting airborne from Dulacca Field on a rescue mission for its Mirage IIIO relative. It is also in 2 (F)OCU, RAAF Williamtown markings. The RAAF received 16 of the dual seat Mirage IIID aircraft. The model was built in the early 1990s so even though its pitot tube is also missing, it survives the wreckers yard. Loved the real aircraft, a real French lady of the air.
