This olive tree is dated back 2500-3000 years. It's said that is the older in Greece and perhaps all over the world. This tree still gives it's fruit to produce oil. It has been characterised as Natures museum by unesco, while every 4 years and before the begining of the olympic games, a twig from it, is given to the victor of the Marathon race.
