"Dear Rose Friend..."

This sign was up (on the fence surrounding the Rose Friend building) as of May 17th, 2007. (less than 24 hours later, the sign had been removed)

 

The sign read:

 

"Dear Rose Friend,

Many wil mourn your loss—we love you + your destruction breaks our hearts

Future generations will be forever robbed of your beauty and will ask why, why you were taken from them....

 

The First Christian Church will forever bear this shame!
