These is a loose powder from the store Inner Beauty Revealed, owned by Julie Bowles MCClellan.

 

MAC always places a label under their products. Even testers will have labels at the bottom.

 

The jar also does NOT bear the watermark/trademark of the container manufacturer for MAC.

 

Another seller in eBay.ph has been found to sell similarly fake MAC powders.
