Huay Xai, Bokeo Province, Laos

 

Little Huay Xai, our first stop in Laos. This is the main street (and only street) in Huay Xai, and is bustling with little shops and restaurants. One of the cool things about Laos is the absence of chain stores---you won't find a 7-Eleven, McDonald's or Starbucks in the entire country!
