my entry to audition for BW11

''i know the drill. after a few days or weeks, another replacement. It's only been done a few hundred times.''

''I know, we just need to find the perfect enforcer. Then, we stop their black market.''

''I think he may be the one, he passed the training course with over 6 minutes time to spare.''

''Then maybe, he will be the right officer.''

This is a moc of a lone officer, trying to stop the black market from spreading, and having powerful weapons shipped to the black resistance group.
