Jaffna MC election UNP manifesto 4/4

This Manifasto was distributed during the Jaffna Municipal Council Election (JMC) August, 2009 by the UNP. UPFA won the election with 13 members, while TNA had 8 and TULF and Indpendent group 1 won only 1 member each. UNP was only able to get 83 votes, and NO member elected. Keerthi Tennekoon collection
