DeForest Book Wall Pocket With Crowing Rooster

Now this DeForest piece isn't nearly as interesting as their anthro stuff, but I want to include it in my photostream, as it was very much a part of their line as well.
Wallpocket is about 6" long and 4 1/2" high. It is shaped like an open book and occupies a place on the big shelf in my living room; one of the few pieces my husband feels merits a place outside the kitchen :)
I love "homey" items like this, as I feel they add an element of coziness to my living area!
