Finally getting around to posting the 99% completed photos of my 428 project (just need to get some stickers made). The locomotive uses the BMR/BM S160 drivetrain and cab, but the rest is my design.
The locomotive has a functional forward headlight, flickering lights in the firebox, and a light in the cab. Additionally, there is a speaker in the tender, all controlled with a PFxBrick hidden in the water portion of the tender.
The stickers are all individual numbers I cut from leftover BMR sticker numbers.
The boiler isn't anywhere near as secure as I would like it to be. Secure enough to operate without a problem, but fairly prone to falling off while handling. I did end up using glue for certain parts to better help secure some parts
