For now, this is titled Old Farm Equipment...until I can figure out what kind of contraption it is... Fantastic Flickr Folk to the rescue...a harrow!

NOTE: I should point out that upon further Flickr input (Michael Tipton), this is quite possiblly not a harrow but, indeed a horse-drawn hayrake.
