Double Dutch
So, you know, you go into one of those huge, conglomerate big-box stores (in this case Costco) and they got all those humongous flat screen tv's set up so as to bombard your senses and lure you into buying three of them, though even one of the 98" models won't fit into the back of your Ford Pinto. You call a guy you know who just happens to own a pick-up truck and try and persuade him to drive on over, with the promise of free brewskis and pizza for the Bills' playoff game on Saturday. Anyway, I found the samples being shown, of just how great "...one of these babies might look in your very own home", quite fascinating and grabbed a couple of shots with my portable camera, which just happens to double as a telephone also. And as tempted as I might, the smarter of the two people looking at these wonders of visual technology, otherwise known as the CFO of the household, pulled me along in order to proceed in loading our cart with only the essentials, i.e., toilet tissue, oversized packages of bleach and potatoe chips, contact lens solutions, etc.
