Old CN (Canadian Northern built) station at Boston Bar, no longer used by the railway - 28 July 2020 [© WCK-JST]

Boston Bar was designated a 'Division Point' for the Canadian Northern Pacific Railway when it was being built in 1914. It continued as a Division Point after Canadian Northern was merged into Canadian National Railways circa 1919. As a Division Point Boston Bar rated a bigger fancier station and that is what you see in this photo. No longer used by the railway, and moved away from CN's tracks, it looks hopeful that the building will be restored.
