I've reprocessed this shot from the original. The original was a 3-shot HDR but I was never quite happy with it as I could get rid of the blown highlights in the clouds. I've since gotten Nik Sofware's bundle and re-processed this with their Define noise reduction and Silver Ex Pro black and white processing. This is an outstanding set of software and the result is much better.
In fact, I had reprocess this solely in Lightroom and made a custom-framed print now hanging in our house (so I'm actually replacing the replacement) and I'm going to replace the print with this one - the overall contrast and sharpness is much better and I like the slightly darker sky.
This photo was taken on March 27, 2010 using a Canon EOS 50D [EXIF].
