4626. We explained the circumstances that Terry Dickens, [Australtrader, Chief Moderator of the U.K.-based World Naval Ships Forums website] has kindly sent us these images with the last entry. Here we see MELBOURNE passing a coastal vessel as she leaves Sydney bound for Exercise SANDGROPER 80 with USN, RNZN and other RANB ships in the Indian Ocean. Following the exercise she proceeded to Christmas Island, Jakarta, Singapore, India, and Colombo.
