Videoconference with Assistant Secretary of State Rose Gottemoeller

Arms control simulation students had a videoconference with Assistant Secretary Rose Gottemoeller on Dec 14, 2010. The hour long video conference focused on the “New START” Treaty for which Assistant Secretary Gottemoeller was the chief U.S. negotiator and on the “Follow-on” treaty that was concluded by my U.S. and Russian student negotiators.
