The Huawei P20 Pro has a special "Aperture mode" to blur the background.
For the Ipone it's the "Portrait Mode".
Depth map data is embedded in the jpg file and can be extracted with the online photo editor www.photopea.com.
A depth map is an image with distance (spatial) information, white is close, black is farther away.
By using the parallax (distance) of two lenses, it's possible to make a depth map.
If you invert (negative) the depth map, you can use it in Photoshop's Lensblur filter.
In this way it's possible to refocus the image or make the background blurry in your own way.
