Diablo 2 LoD West Realm Ladder - Claim of Duriel Hack in use

I randomly entered a public Baal run, in a LoD a few weeks ago and was surprised to see everyone running for the Act 2 to meet up with Uber Duriel.

 

The Maker here says he's using a *hack* to get to Uber Duriel, mind you this was after Blizzard released the 1.11b patch. This maker is using a 3rd party hack.
