Day 44: headstand into backbend.
My walkovers aren't great, but they're actually surprisingly better than they used to be. When I first started doing headstands, Erin and I practiced walkovers, which mostly involved falling, though we worked our way up into something that could be considered a slight backbend. Today, after watching a video yesterday that really made sense to me, I tried it again. It's not about falling backward, it's about stepping down.
