Explaining How Things Work
What Historical Figures Really Looked Like
Its only an initial copy.
Everything has to be checked out first, like -
1. Payload (weight of all equipment)
2. Speed
3. Obstacles (Concrete, trees, leaves & branches, tunnels)
4. Wave penetration through obstacles or additional relay equipment needed within obstacles
5. Alternate wave-forms, radar, x-ray, or others
6 & finally Cost. Is it worth the cost of the number of human lives lost or accidents caused (insurance & hospitalizations)
Not only benefits the public. It also makes policing , easier and safer.
Finally, the hard part is tracking a moving object within a group of multiple moving objects and through opaque or sometimes wave-cancelling obstacles.
There are existing technologies that can be modified for use like...
1. Face-recognition technologies (locking on the right car)
2. Autonomous driving technologies (sensing your environment)
But if all of the above fail in a real environment, then the last resort is to make it mandatory for every car to have a radar readable chip so it can be tracked by air. Again privacy issues. Only makes it feasible when we have a real problem and too many are dying.
