Add a tiny snake of white and add the triangle shape you just made. At the sides I added tiny skinner blend shaped. On one end a gerbera cane flower heart, reshaped in a triangle, on the other end a triangle shaped skinner blend. add leaves on top of the two hearts and fill the gaps with tiny skinner blends and white snakes
