Proof Gallery..>MrCenz is a London based Artist who has been painting on a variety of surfaces since 1988. His distinctive style can be seen all over streets of London and features layers of intricate and flowing letterforms, shapes and line work. While on the surface the work is abstract, his style is full of funk, movement and fuses realism with graffiti letterforms. His work often carries an open narrative and has been described as surrealist graffiti art for the soul.
By refining and reducing his works to a fraction of their usual size, these 'mini walls' have quickly become a natural extension of his blackbook works, which have always been an important part of his repertoire. These small-scale futuristic, fantasy worlds are packed with intricate layering and details; and showcase a place where machines and nature co-exist and collide.
