Milwaukee Road Single Stall Engine House @ Wabasha, MN. This is a 1990's wood kit byJL Innovative Design. It's been in boxes for the better part of 12 years now so it's seen better days. But the good news is the fine legislatures of Hoville (Get it! I know bad joke) approved funding for rehabbing it including glass in all windows a new stall door and some gutters and downspouts.
