I'm not positive on the year but comparing to pictures of restored Henderson Motorcycles this is the best fit in my opinion. If anyone has better information I would love to hear it.

Henderson was a Detroit, Michigan manufacturer founded by brothers William & Tom Henderson in 1911. Located where Mariners Church is located today in front of the Ren Cen. They sold the company to Schwinn in 1917 & he moved production to Chicago, IL.

The 1922 DeLuxe proved to be a favorite for police departments.

The heavier Police Department version was demonstrated first to the Chicago Police, and achieved 98 mph. When it was demonstrated to the San Diego Police a genuine 100 mph was achieved. Harley-Davidson decided to challenge Henderson to a contest that was held at Dundee Road, Chicago, in April 1922.

The Harley won the first heat, but lost the other eleven, with the Henderson exceeding 100 mph. This was a shining hour for Henderson.
