No longer measuring up -[ CrAzY Tuesday ]-
A broken Pyrex measuring cup. I long ago lost track of how long I owned this cup, but it's been decades., possibly since the 1980s or early '90s. In any case, this was a true Pyrex cup, made before a later owner of the company changed the glass formulation.
Until its demise, I used this cup at least once a week to measure water for pancakes and coffee. Its looped handle allowed me to hang it within convenient reach of the water cooler. Unfortunately, after using it for a Flickr Fridays photoshoot last June, I fumbled the cup and it fell hard on the counter. Good thing I set aside the remains with the intention to use it someday for a photoshoot.
