Zipper malfunction -[ HMM ]-

A jacket zipper (technically called an open-ended zipper) when you're in a rush to fasten the loose end and don't insert the pin into the slider correctly. This mishap isn't too difficult to recover from, unlike, say, a jammed zipper.
