TakeNotes icons

Most recent versions of TakeNotes icons, which will be part of the next minor update of TakeNotes. I gave them improved outlines, to look better at their smallest size.

Update: now an even newer version was made, having these outlines but with a better shadow as well. That should really be the very final version :D
