Birmingham Stocks

These stocks were originally kept at the Welsh Cross at the junction of Bull Stree, Dale End and High Street. They were removed in 1806 to the yard at the Public Office in Moor Street. When the old police station there was demolished in 1906 the stocks were moved to Aston Hall.
