Strathclyde PTE LA1272 FSU 89T
Strathclyde PTE LA1272 was one the 60 strong FSU/T batch of Leyland Atlanteans delivered in 1979. In 1983 it was still wearing the original Greater Glasgow livery it had worn since new and working on the 8A to Anniesland. when seen on Byres Road outside Hillhead Subway Station.
The 8A was a Sunday only version of the 8 diverting via Highburgh Road to Anniesland avoiding Partick and Broomhill.
