Deep water

This sign is attached to the railings, under a bridge on the River Kennet in Reading. It looks as if it is a good few years old considering the state is it in but modern enough to be made within the last ten years. Most people would probably walk straight past this sign as it is below hip level, this is not very useful for an important warning sign.
