Tagaytay’s Signature Treatment, Aruga Body Massage, provides wonderful relaxation,in a full body massage using floral strokes and a special Hulay Massage Oil blend using essential oils of lavender and Ylang Ylang. Pampanga’s Signature Treatment, Dupal Hilot Therapy, uses heated succulent “Dupal” leaves from the garden in the massage to give a totally relaxing and therapeutic experience.
Among the other unique Filipino treatments include the Dagaday, a traditional foot reflexology massage using bamboo sticks, and the Nilaib, a massage using steaming herbal pouches wrapped in banana leaves. The Philippine Hilot massage, one of Nurture’s best selling treatments, starts with the ritual of heated banana leaves laced in coconut oil placed on the body to identify areas of imbalance.

Nurture Spa Village, in cooperation with the Institute of Natural Health, also offers Wellness programs designed to help guests attain optimum well-being. The Institute of Natural Health is headed by Dr. Sam Dizon MD, a Doctor of Medicine who trained and practiced in the United States on Natural Healing. Nurture’s Wellness programs start with a DMS – Digital Meridien Scanning – using a computerized program to scan the state of health and balance of the different systems of the body. The DMS results are then fed back to the guest and are used in creating a customized health plan. Among the wellness treatments offered are nutrition therapy, electrotherapy (including TENS, Biomat), hydrotherapy and detoxification programs.
All of Nurture Spa Village therapists are selected on the basis of their healing attitude and are trained to the highest standards by internationally licensed trainers. Nurture Spa Village signature aromatherapy oils are of the finest quality, created from age-old healing recipes that have been further perfected to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.
