The Grudge meets Portland
If any of you have ever seen the movie "The Grudge"... this photo might remind you of the movie. the weird fog that started accumulating during the long exposure (left side) reminds me of the spooky black smoke that appeared when the ghost was coming.
A boat drove by during this exposure, and the waves made the water look a bit different than my other attempts at this shot.
I think I will give this spot a rest for a while... must find more interesting unique photos of Portland.
