Sun Rays through the window of a church.
I went for a real trip down memory lane yesterday and visited the very tiny church where my husband
went to as a child. We lived in a cottage right next door to here when we first got married,
There is only one stained glass window....not as fancy as you may find in a town or in larger buildings.
i actually found that the sunlight coming through the plain leaded glass had a wonderful beauty
of its own, and the awesome streams of light held me in awe.
As you can see by the photographs the walls are extremely thick. They built buildings to last in those days.
The registers date back to 1813.
We visited the graves of loved ones and was pleased to see how well kept the graveyard is.
