The Golden Afternoon
Porepunkah is a town in north east Victoria. Built along the Great Alpine Road, at the foot of Mount Buffalo, it is 320 kilometres from Melbourne. It is part of the local epicurean region and features several wineries.
This includes the Feathertop Winery which features a gourmet restaurant and views of wonderful grapevines which turn red and gold during the autumnal months.
It is these grapevines that we stopped to photograph as they basked in the afternoon sun.
