calzones

These are filled with cabbage, onions, and mushrooms in a cheddar mustard sauce. Perfect food to take to work for lunches. I plan to do a lot more experiments with fillings. I also plan to do a part whole wheat crust too. Done right a calzone can be a complete meal.
