Looking Up
My love of New Orleans' JazzFest is well known amongst family and friends. I started going for the music over ten years ago but I must admit that the sights are as appealing to me these days as the music. This is one from the archives (May 2007) at the Jazz and Heritage Stage. I remember this day having a surreal atmosphere as so many post-Katrina days in NOLA did; the clouds rolled in and the ever-present feel of an approaching storm hung heavily in the air.
