Big Chief Katrina

The flood stained standard of the Big Chief of the Hard Head Hunters Mardis Gras Indian tribe dries in the sun in front of (I presume) his flooded home in the 7th Ward in New Orleans. Taken in October 2005, just weeks after hurricane Katrina's landfall.
