Learning-based motivation

Learning is a change in a person’s knowledge or behavior that results from practice or experience. The learning theories focus on increasing employee motivation and performance by linking the outcomes that employees receive to the performance of desired behaviors and the attainment of goals. The math problems written on the board relate to the learning based motivation because just as math is taught through the repetition of problems, the linkage between performance and outcome are taught to people to help motivate them.
