It is very unfortunate matter of fact, the sovietism kind of behavior is alive and kicking ... two males, old and young were swinging their Garretts on a protected area. They and their kind of folks rent registered trash cars, drive around quiet village roads and steel any find they are able to spot with they low-budget metal detectors.
Very sad, but not so different behavior than the Near East and the North African vagabonds are doing. They hunt, go fishing, collect plants, eggs at the nature reservoir areas, burn wild fires in their camps - because they don't understand the language, they don't care about the dangerous situation of the bad drought ...
If you'll get a one, there are thousands of others to carry on - this is just a tip of an iceberg.
