Dr. Robert Patterson, chiropractor at the Klotz Student Health Center, shows the proper way to put on your back pack. Daily Sundial reporter Donna Rodriguez adjusts the straps on her backpack so that the backpack sits squarely in the middle of her back, above the pelvis. You don't want to be pulled forward or backwards, so make sure that your backpack sits evenly, it should not be too high or too low. It should be as close to your body as possible.
