tree survey done before units were built. this property had trees and now it has none I think. . Greensborough. This document is about 13 years old. I think the gumtree was there for a while but then it was chainsawed. Maybe some leaves fell on the unit dwellers car or maybe a bird sat in it. Survey done in c 2000
