Evening and the tree

This is a closer look at the tree, which is by the side of the road leading to Caton Green.

 

Its outline, to me, looked wonderful set against that colourful and peaceful sky.

 

We have so many old trees in the valley and their shapes, especially in winter, appeal to me very much.
